IMPORTANT NOTE: All our products are manufactured and shipped from Canada. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by your government are the responsibility of the buyer, as they are not included in our shipping costs.

Refunds
 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any refunds or returns. All our items are carefully checked before shipping to ensure their quality.

If, however, a product arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect order, we invite you to contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will find a suitable solution to resolve the issue.
