We are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays or problems caused by carriers. However, if you encounter a problem with your delivery, we will be happy to assist you in finding a solution.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All our products are manufactured and shipped from Canada. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by your government are the buyer's responsibility, as they are not included in our shipping costs.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or returns. All our items are thoroughly checked before shipping to ensure their quality.
If, however, a product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect order, we invite you to contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will find a suitable solution to resolve this issue.
